We specialise in high-engagement learning. You won't just be teaching from a textbook; you’ll be inspiring confidence, breaking down complex topics, and helping students navigate the modern curriculum with ease.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons to small groups (typically 3–6 students).
Provide mentorship and pastoral support, helping students build academic resilience.
Track student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback to parents.
Create a vibrant, inclusive, and focused classroom atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent Communication: Someone who can "speak the language" of today’s students and make learning feel accessible.
Modern Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of current GCSE/A-Level requirements (or relevant Key Stages).
High Energy: A vibrant personality with the ability to keep small groups motivated and on task.
Empathy: A nurturing approach—we want tutors who students feel comfortable approaching with questions.
Requirements
Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, or youth mentoring is highly desirable.
Must be based in or able to commute to Aylesbury.
Enhanced DBS check will be required (we can assist with this).
