Adhoc Reception

Duties:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Acting as front of house reception
Arranging couriers, taxis, lunches
Making beverages and setting up Board Rooms
Filing, photocopying, dealing with post
Supporting departments with administrative dutiesBenefits:

Well presented
Reception experience is beneficial
Previous office admin experience is beneficial
Excellent communication skills
