Administrating ( Engineering )
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering and handling customer phone calls and general enquiries.
• Tracking spare parts orders and providing customer updates.
• Supporting project administration and database record keeping.
• Packing and organising shipment of spare parts.
• Updating accounting software and internal systems.
• Processing customer and supplier invoices.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Monitoring supplier and customer payments and assisting with reconciliation.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Working independently following initial training.
Working Pattern:
• Office-based role in Staverton, Gloucester.
• Standard weekday office hours 09:00–17:00 Monday to Friday with a flexible and supportive working environment.
What We’re Looking For Essential:
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident telephone manner and professional communication skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated approach. Desirable:
• Previous administrative or office experience.
• Experience using accounting or CRM systems.
