Administration Assistant
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
* Processing orders
* Assist the Site Manager to meet operational requirements.
* Build and maintain effective communication with customers, transport providers, and internal departments.
* Support stock takes by assisting with counts and investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience within an administrative role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
