What You'll Be Doing

βœ” Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team

βœ” Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and business documentation

βœ” Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining accurate records

βœ” Handling client enquiries and communications professionally and efficiently

βœ” Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings and managing calendars

βœ” Supporting document management, compliance processes and internal administration

βœ” Assisting with invoicing, billing and general office administration

βœ” Liaising confidently with clients, suppliers and internal departments

βœ” Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met

βœ” Providing additional administrative support across the business as required

What We're Looking For

πŸ’‘ Previous experience within an Administration, Office Support, Business Support or Customer Service role

πŸ’‘ Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

πŸ’‘ Strong written and verbal communication skills

πŸ’‘ Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

πŸ’‘ Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel

πŸ’‘ A proactive, positive and professional approach to work

πŸ’‘ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships

πŸ’‘ Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
