We are seeking experienced Adult Social Workers to join a dynamic Adult Social Care service supporting adults aged 18+, including individuals with:

* Physical Disabilities

* Learning Disabilities

* Autism

* Older Persons Services

The Role

You will provide high-quality statutory social work interventions, undertaking:

* Needs assessments

* Care planning

* Reviews

* Safeguarding enquiries

* Risk assessment and management

* Multi-agency working

You will work with individuals, families and carers to promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Requirements

* Qualified Social Worker

* Social Work England registration

* Experience within Adult Social Care

* Knowledge of the Care Act and safeguarding legislation

* Strong assessment and care planning skills

* Ability to manage a varied caseload
