This is an opportunity to work for a family-run AC specialist based in the South West of the UK. Ideal locations would be Bristol, Exeter, Bournemouth, and Plymouth.
Job Overview:
The role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and light industrial sites along the South West coast.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
Routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on AC systems
Working on refrigeration circuits and electrical components
Ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards
Completing job reports, service sheets, and documentation accurately
Providing technical support and advice to customers
Participating in an on-call rota
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or equivalent
F-Gas Category 1 certification
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
