Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of air import and export shipments, from initial quotation to final delivery.
*
Airline Coordination: Liaise with airlines and ground handling agents to secure space and ensure timely departures/arrivals.
*
Compliance & Documentation: Prepare MAWBs, HAWBs, and manage customs entries to ensure full regulatory compliance.
*
Client Management: Provide "real-time" updates and proactive solutions for customers with time-sensitive requirements.
*
Financial Accuracy: Oversight of job costing, carrier rates, and final invoicing to maintain healthy margins.
Requirements
*
Experience: 2+ years of experience within an Air Freight forwarding role (UK-based).
*
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IATA regulations, air documentation, and customs procedures.
*
Systems: Proficiency in CargoWise, MultiFreight, or similar logistics platforms.
*
Mindset: Highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and a natural problem-solver.
