The Opportunity
A great opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice delivering high-quality, bespoke projects across a diverse portfolio.
Projects range from residential extensions and one-off homes through to commercial schemes across education, office, industrial and leisure sectors. This role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to be involved across all stages of the design and delivery process, with real scope to take ownership of projects.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
*
Producing technical drawings and detailed design packages.
*
Working across all RIBA stages from concept through to delivery.
*
Supporting the delivery of residential and commercial projects.
*
Coordinating design information and ensuring technical accuracy.
*
Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams.
*
Contributing to design development and project delivery.
About You
*
Strong technical and detailing ability.
*
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (SketchUp beneficial).
*
Experience working across a range of project types.
*
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
*
Degree in Architectural Technology or similar (preferred).
*
Ideally 5+ years’ experience, though all levels considered.
