Apply NowThis is an exciting opportunity to join my leading industry client are looking for an experienced asbestos surveyor. Our client is a successful surveyors with clients across Cambridge and Essex. Ideally you will be a driver, be flexible with good working practices and technology skills.
Ideally you will be an experienced Asbestos Surveyors with the BOHS P402 or P403 certificate (or other alternative recognized certification).
Key responsibilities of the Asbestos Consultant:
Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspection
Compliance with all relevant legislation
Develop, maintain and build client relationships
Visual inspection & 4 stage clearance procedures
Collection of factual and numerical data via tablet device BOHS P402 and/or BOHS P403/P404 (or equivalent).
One plus years pre-existing experience of work within the asbestos consultancy industry is essential, and any academic or vocational qualifications are highly desirable.
As a minimum, you must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and knowledge of current legislation
Minimum 1 year relevant field experience Working with handheld tables Hands on experience of using tools and technical equipment (including IT)
You must hold a full UK driving licence Company Vehicle / Mobile Phone provided Uniform 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Access to additional training for further qualifications, Excellent opportunities and support for career progression
