New Recruits are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work within a friendly and supportive production environment.
Job Duties:
* Using hand tools to assemble products and components
* Following assembly instructions and production specifications
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Working as part of a busy manufacturing team
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Meeting daily production targets
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous assembly or production experience would be beneficial
* Confident using basic hand tools
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and hardworking attitude
* Ability to work well within a team environment
What’s On Offer:
* Monday to Friday work with an early finish on Fridays
* Pay increase after successful 12-week period
* Temp to perm opportunity
