Apply NowCareermakers Recruitment are looking for an Assembly Operator for our ever-growing client based in the heart of Normanton, WF6.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble signage products, including structural components, face panels, brackets, and LED lighting systems.
* Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately.
* Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
* Assist with fitting and wiring LED lighting where required.
* Ensure all completed signage meets quality and finish standards.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
* Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required.
* Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.
* Ability to work confidently with hand tools.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7am - 3.30pm, with a pay rate of £13 per hour
