Actio Electronics Recruitment is working with a well‑established electronics manufacturer in Luton to recruit an experienced Assembly Technician. This is a day‑shift role offering stability, a supportive team environment, and an early Friday finish.
The Role
You will support the build and preparation of electronic products across the full assembly process. Daily duties will include:
*
Electrical wiring, mechanical assembly and hand soldering following work instructions and build documentation
*
Carrying out sub‑assemblies
*
Receiving and checking incoming goods
*
Picking components and assembly kits from stock and reporting any shortages
*
Packing finished products for despatch to customers and external suppliers
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
*
A background in electronic or electrical assembly
*
Confident hand‑soldering skills
*
Experience working to build instructions, drawings or job sheets
*
A methodical approach with strong attention to detail
