Assistant Branch Manager
The Role:
Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Driving internal and external sales to meet and exceed branch targets while following company policies and procedures.
Actively promoting and selling the products and services.
Strengthening the brand locally.
Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control.
Keeping the branch clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials.
Maintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow‑ups.
Ensuring the Workshop is at capacity.
Handling time‑keeping, attendance, and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.
About You:
A confident leader with strong people‑management skills.
Someone commercially minded, target‑driven, and proactive
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
Hands‑on and leads by example and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Must hold a current, valid UK driving licence.
