We’re looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team to support the production of accurate and timely financial information, including management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities will include:
*
Support the production of the monthly management accounts pack.
*
Prepare monthly budget holder reports.
*
Provide financial assistance and advice to budget holders.
*
Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
*
Assist with statutory year-end accounts, and regulatory reporting.
*
Maintain strong financial controls and audit trails.
*
Collate monthly financial Key Performance Indicators.
The successful candidate will have:
*
AAT Part Qualified or equivalent.
*
Experience of working in a busy finance department.
*
Knowledge of budget setting, management account preparation, and forecasting processes.
*
An ability to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
*
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
*
Strong MS Excel skills.
*
Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
