Assistant Project Manager
They are a small but successful company who have a steady growth plan especially in the commercial and retail sectors. This position would suit someone who has previous knowledge of the joinery and interior fit out industries. Applicants must have good IT skills and be good with people. You must be organised and have a practical nature. You will be required to deal directly with clients both over the phone and face to face so applicants will need to have a confident and out-going personality.
Requirements:
* Some previous project management experience for subcontractors or interior fit out contractors (desired)
* Experience or knowledge of joinery projects
* Experience in the fire door installations (desired)
* Proactive with a positive attitude
* Experience in commercial and retail fit outs (desired)
* Quantity surveying / estimating experience (desired)
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
