Apply NowPinnacle are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for a contractor based in london, who have lots of interesting and complex rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing the commercial aspects of railway track-work and infrastructure projects.
* Support with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts.
* Contribute to the financial and contractual administration of various workstreams.
* Help monitor project costs, ensuring financial control and reporting against budgets.
* Collaborate with project teams, design teams, and clients to support project delivery.
* Undertake site visits as required to support commercial activities.
Experience:
*
Some relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management is beneficial, ideally within a construction, infrastructure, or rail environment.
Aspirations:
* An ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a career in the railway sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is a plus.
* A keen interest in rail and infrastructure projects.
Salary is upto £37,000 plus package.
