Monitoring health & safety compliance and promote a safe working environment
Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment on site
Conduct site inspections and quality checks

SMSTS or equivalent
Evidence of working on occupied properties
Planned works experience
Social housing experienceThe Assistant Site Manager role is offering the following benefits:
