Apply NowAbout You • MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with significant post‑qualification experience. • Demonstrable experience delivering both complex projects and professional surveying instructions. • Strong commercial awareness and excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple instructions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Confident client‑facing professional with the presence to represent the business externally.
What we offer • No personal fee targets • Client facing roles • Salary very competitive and commensurate with experience – no salary pay bands • Bonus – You will be part of a discretionary bonus arrangement that is announced annually in May. Bonus’ have been paid every year. • Flexible working policy – 5 day (37.5hrs) working week with core hours 10am – 3pm, 4pm finish on Fridays. • Holidays – 25 days plus bank holidays, and we shut the office between Christmas and New Year without the need to use your annual leave allowance
