The Role:
As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of cutting-edge audio visual systems across a range of client environments. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and commissioning of AV systems including conferencing, control systems, and digital signage
* Fault finding, servicing, and maintenance of installed systems
* Providing on-site technical support and client training
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Working collaboratively with project managers and wider technical teams
About You:
* Proven experience as an AV Engineer in a commercial environment
* Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including control systems (Crestron/AMX), video conferencing, and networking basics
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong customer-facing skills and professional attitude
