As a Band 5 Physiotherapist, you will be the catalyst for restoring independence and improving quality of life for patients across diverse acute wards.

The Impact You'll Make:
Clinical Delivery: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and design tailored rehabilitation plans for patients within General Medicine, Elderly Care, and Surgical wards.

Technical Excellence: Utilise evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mobility equipment to progress patient discharge pathways and prevent hospital-acquired functional decline.

Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation standards in line with HCPC guidelines and Trust protocols to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Operational Success: Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to manage a dynamic caseload, ensuring high-quality intervention during critical recovery windows.
Requirements:
Experience: Relevant experience in an acute setting with UK Right to Work.

Credentials: A recognised degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and valid HCPC registration are essential.

Logistics: Ability to commence the placement within two weeks of confirmation and a commitment to a minimum three-month duration.
