Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and execute a full spectrum of treasury transactions, including interbank lending/deposits, foreign exchange, bonds, repurchase agreements, and derivative instruments (IRS/CCS), ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.
2. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of trade finance products—including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections—aligned with global industry regulations and best practices.
3. Provide dedicated support for GBP clearing, payment execution, and loan servicing within the correspondent banking ecosystem, fostering effective collaboration with partner banks to ensure seamless operations.
4. Monitor transaction settlements proactively, conduct thorough reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies efficiently to maintain accuracy and mitigate operational risks.
5. Implement robust transaction monitoring, conduct rigorous AML screenings, and perform sanctions checks to uphold the highest compliance standards and protect organizational integrity.
6. Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation that meets audit requirements and regulatory mandates, supporting transparency and accountability across all operations.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to address operational challenges, drive resolution, and maintain strong working relationships.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing operational processes and enhancing system functionality to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in banking operations, with a proven track record in payments, trade finance, or treasury operations.
2. Demonstrated expertise in UCP600, URDG, and ISBP standards, with the ability to apply these guidelines to daily operations.
15. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline processes and analyze data effectively.
4. Exceptional command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), a must for effective communication and document review in a global banking environment.
5. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset with a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
