Apply NowA vacancy has arisen for a Base Operative at our Altens site. Duties will include receiving and checking goods and materials, preparing and loading and unloading of containers, preparing equipment for backload to vendors, and general yard and warehouse duties.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate good communication skills, have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the ability to promote good team working and demonstrate an excellent awareness of health and safety. They should also be able to work in an environment with tight deadlines and be able to organise and prioritise competing demands with ease.
It would be advantageous to hold RTITB forklift certificates.
