Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising in April 2026)

We are proud to be supporting our Fareham based client, in recruiting a Bendi Forklift Driver to join their warehouse team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting a leading supplier of drinks and ambient foods in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a Bendi (Flexi / Pivot Steer) forklift safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Putting stock away into racking at height
* Picking and replenishing palletised and case goods
* Supporting order picking for dispatch to cruise ships, airlines, airports, rail operators and hospitality clients
* Conducting daily forklift safety checks and reporting defects
* Maintaining accurate stock records using warehouse systems
* Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
* Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse
About You:
* Valid and in-date Bendi / Flexi forklift licence
* Proven experience operating a Bendi forklift in a warehouse environment
* Experience working with racking systems and narrow aisles
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong commitment to health & safety
* Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Flexible approach to overtime during busy periods
