Job Title: BMS Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid) - London & South Projects

Role Overview

As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple Building Management System projects across London and the South. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial design and technical submissions through to installation, commissioning, and handover.

Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams, you will manage project performance, technical quality, commercial control, and stakeholder communication. You will also provide leadership and direction to engineers and project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover

Oversee preparation of technical submissions and project documentation

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Monitor project cost control, procurement, and financial performance

Liaise with clients and stakeholders, resolving technical and delivery issues

Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using structured project controls

Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company procedures

Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and performance oversight

Identify and manage risks to maintain quality and programme targets

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience managing projects within a BMS or building controls environment

Strong technical background in Trend and at least one of the following: Schneider, Siemens, or Tridium systems

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical integration, and building services

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

Strong commercial awareness, including cost tracking and project reporting

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning tools
