Role Overview
Service Engineers support PFI Schools, Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites.
Key Responsibilities
*
Install, configure and commission BMS components (Trend, Tridium, Distech).
*
Planned maintenance and reactive call‑outs (additional pay for rota).
*
Technical support to clients.
*
Identify improvement/remedial works.
*
Prepare proposals and quotations.
*
Build strong customer relationships.
*
Training provided
