BMS Service Engineer - Trend OR Tridium

I'm currently partnering with a growing, medium-sized controls specialist in London who are looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join them on a new contract. This role will give you a varied workload - from planned maintenance (PPM) to small works commissioning - all within the London area.

Role: BMS Service Engineer
📅 6-Month Contract (with extension potential)
🚀 Immediate start available
💼 Outside IR35
💷 Daily Rate: DOE
📍 Based in London

What you'll be doing:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems

Fault finding, diagnostics, and remedials

Carrying out upgrades and small works commissioning

Working with Trend and/or Tridium systems

Ensuring systems are optimised and operating efficiently

What we're looking for:

Proven BMS service/maintenance background

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Hands-on commissioning experience for small works

Trend and/or Tridium expertise
