* Full Time / Permanent
* Starting at £45,000 - £55,000 basic
* Monday-Friday - 45 hours a week

The Role of a Bodyshop Manager:
* To manage the activities of staff members to achieve targets, plans and budgets
* To identify and improve customer service levels
* To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies
* Ensure good communication with Senior Management Teams
* To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners, insurance companies and accident management company
* To provide reports on all activities with weekly forecasting & annual budgets
* To manage accounts including GP KPI’s and accurate cost control using internal systems
* To create effective marketing campaigns & keep systems updated
* To ensure every estimate and all paint stocks are controlled and margins are maximised
What we're looking for:
* You must have 5 years experience managing in a Bodyshop.
* You must have knowledge of the body repair processes and safety procedure required for vehicles
* You will have proven leadership & managerial skills
* You will have strong business acumen with the ability to monitor the production process
* You will have good administration and IT skills
* You will have a full and valid UK Driving Licence
