The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving performance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. Depending on your level of experience, you will either take ownership of a newly established branch or manage an established multi-sector operation.

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve targets
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Drive branch performance, revenue, and growth

Previous experience in a management or leadership role
Strong people management and motivational skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Driven, organised, and results-focused
Adaptable, with the ability to manage either a growing or established branchBenefits
