Conrad Consulting is excited to be working with a dynamic and forward‑thinking construction consultancy as they look to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor to their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated surveyor who’s ready to take on more responsibility, develop their technical skills, and grow within a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a close‑knit team delivering a broad range of professional and project‑based building surveying services. The role offers excellent exposure to varied workstreams, strong client interaction, and the chance to progress quickly with the right guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with and delivering a wide range of building surveying instructions
Supporting senior colleagues on project delivery from inception to completion
Undertaking condition surveys, defect analysis, schedules of condition, and technical reporting
Contributing to contract administration and project coordination
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Building Surveyor with consultancy experience (APC support available if required)
Strong technical grounding with a proactive, positive approach
Confident communicator with a desire to develop client‑facing skills
Organised, detail‑focused, and eager to learn
Ambition to progress within a growing team
