Are you an organised, proactive and detail-focused administrator looking to join a fast-paced, professional environment where your work genuinely supports the success of multiple business functions? This Business Administrator role offers an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a well-respected organisation based in Truro.

We are partnering with a highly regarded organisation seeking two Business Administrators to join their Business Operations function. You will provide high-quality, confidential and comprehensive administrative support across a range of teams, managers and Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.

You will be at the heart of the business, acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, stakeholders and external partners, helping ensure senior leaders can focus on delivering strategic priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing
βœ” Providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple teams including Development, Projects and Commercial
βœ” Organising incoming post, deliveries and maintaining filing systems (electronic and manual)
βœ” Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and key operational data with accuracy
βœ” Raising purchase orders and supporting fee tracking processes
βœ” Providing front-of-house support including answering calls and managing shared inboxes
βœ” Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner
βœ” Coordinating meetings, agendas, supporting documents and logistics
βœ” Occasionally taking minutes for formal and sensitive meetings
βœ” Monitoring and managing follow-up actions from meetings
βœ” Organising regular internal meetings including all-staff sessions and learning events
βœ” Managing diaries and supporting senior managers with scheduling
βœ” Working collaboratively across teams and providing cross-cover when required
βœ” Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For
πŸ’‘ Proven experience in an administrative or office-based support role
πŸ’‘ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
πŸ’‘ Experience supporting senior managers with diary and meeting coordination
πŸ’‘ Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
πŸ’‘ Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
πŸ’‘ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
πŸ’‘ Professional, discreet and customer-focused approach
