Business Development Advisor
What You'll Be Doing
• Prospect and qualify leads — identify and research potential leads in the merchant services industry using a mix of inbound and outbound methods
• Engage with decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses and introduce our merchant services solutions
• Use CRM tools to track all interactions, manage lead pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Continuously learn about our solutions, competitors, and industry trends to provide prospects with valuable insights
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B experience is a plus but not necessary)
• Understanding of merchant services, payment processing, or financial technology is a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions
• Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and meet/exceed sales targets

£25,000 – £28,000 per year, OTE: Uncapped, realistic £60,000
