Business Development Director | Facilities Management - London
📍 Location: London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office)
💷 Salary: £90,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus
🕓 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Director to lead their Facilities Management division. This senior role will focus on securing large-scale FM contracts, driving business growth, and expanding our client base in both the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead strategic initiatives to identify and secure high-value FM opportunities
✔️ Develop and execute growth plans to drive revenue and market expansion
✔️ Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders and key clients
✔️ Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals
✔️ Represent the client at high-profile industry events and client meetings
✔️ Provide detailed pipeline reporting and forecasting
Requirements:
Proven success in securing large-scale Facilities Management contracts
* Deep understanding of the FM market, including TFM/IFM solutions
* Strong leadership and client relationship-building skills
* Ability to drive strategic business development with a focus on long-term growth
