About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Industrial & Logistics division.
This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding our presence across Industrial, Food Production, E-commerce, Warehousing, and Logistics sectors.
You will play a key role in driving growth across temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
* Generating new business opportunities across Industrial, Food Production, E-commerce, and Logistics sectors
* Building and managing long-term client relationships
* Attending client meetings and site visits
* Identifying recruitment opportunities for temporary and permanent staffing
* Developing strategic sales plans and pipelines
* Negotiating rates, terms, and service agreements
* Working closely with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions
* Managing and growing existing accounts
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience within recruitment sales or business development
* Strong understanding of Industrial, Warehousing, Logistics, or Food Production sectors preferred
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially driven with a strong sales mentality
* Ability to develop and win new business
* Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
