Your Role
* Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and market research
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Take detailed job briefs and act as a trusted advisor to clients
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a structured sales pipeline
* Contribute to team targets and overall company growth
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on business development
* Confident and resilient communicator, comfortable with outbound activity
* Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond to client needs effectively
* Target-driven with a history of achieving or exceeding goals
* Interest in IT or technology markets
* Ambitious, energetic, and motivated to succeed
What You’ll Get
* Location: Epsom
* Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
* Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
