Apply NowDue to continued growth our client is looking for another Butcher to join their brilliant team based in the Leighton Buzzard area. Due to the location you must have transport as there is no natural transport links.
You will work primarily with beef and lamb and so must be competent deboning carcasses of both. This is a high end product so premier knife work is required. Hours are Monday to Thursday 4am to 2pm.
They will consider a butcher with varying levels of expertise but must have the initial knifework ability.
As well as a salary range of £45000 - £55000 depending upon background, a £30 meat allowance is offered and a massage voucher once per quarter.
There is a possibility of hours being altered to cater for your needs and this role is an immediate start.
A "block test" will be undertaken at the interview stage.
