CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - Key Responsibilities
* CAM Programming: Create, optimize, and modify precision toolpaths using Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion.
* Multi-Machine Management: Efficiently generate concurrent programming strategies for multiple CNC milling machines.
* Documentation: Produce clear, accurate cut sheets and setup documentation for machine operators.
* Problem Solving: Troublshoot programming issues and refine strategies live on the shop floor during production.
* Drawing Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical data.
* Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet strict delivery deadlines.
CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as an offline CNC Programmer.
* High proficiency in Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion software.
* Strong background in CNC milling operations and capabilities.
