Salary: £24k – £28k basic + 25% commission

We’re now hiring a Candidate Consultant to work directly alongside founder Ben Marmon.

This is a delivery-focused role centred on candidate sourcing and engagement, with full support and hands-on mentoring. You’ll work on live vacancies with real clients, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and the opportunity to earn commission quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using a database built over 10+ years

*

Leverage a strong LinkedIn presence (20,000+ weekly impressions)

*

Speak with candidates daily using modern systems

*

Build strong relationships within the lift industry

*

Qualify candidates thoroughly

*

Create shortlists for clients

*

Support interview processes

Note: This is not a high-pressure environment — we focus on quality relationships and successful placements, putting candidates first.

The Ideal Candidate

*

6–12 months recruitment experience

*

Enjoys candidate delivery (not focused on winning new business)

*

Confident on the phone and relationship-driven

*

Organised, proactive, persistent, and comfortable handling objections

Backgrounds that often succeed: Estate Agency, Lettings, Telesales, Outbound Sales, Customer Success (phone-based roles)

We can teach sourcing — attitude and work ethic are essential.
