Apply NowWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our client’s reputable volume main dealer in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a busy, professional dealership environment. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal position in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with uncapped commission earnings (OTE up to £45,000)
Monday to Saturday working week with a designated day off during the week
Company car for both business and personal use
Ongoing training and professional development programmes to enhance your sales skills

Greeting and assisting customers in a professional, friendly manner to create a positive experience
Demonstrating and showcasing new and used vehicles to prospective buyers
Negotiating sales confidently to maximise profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
Following up with customers post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster loyalty
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Collaborating with colleagues to optimise overall sales performance and dealership successRequirements:
Previous experience in car sales or a comparable sales environment is desirable
A valid UK driving licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
A positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service and achieving sales goals
Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop your sales techniques and automotive industry knowledge
