We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury hotel and restaurant group in Central London for a Chef de Partie to join a brand new opening. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, creative, and award-winning hospitality brand, contributing to both the pastry-led kitchen and main kitchen operations, including banqueting, events, and afternoon teas.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain exceptional culinary standards, presentation, and consistency
Contribute to menu development, seasonal dishes, and creative pastry concepts
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Deliver excellence across banqueting, events, and afternoon tea services
Requirements
Proven experience in high-quality kitchens
Experience in banqueting, events, and afternoon tea service
Creative, passionate, with pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
