Lodestone House | 40 Hours Per Week – Excellent Work/Life Balance

We’re currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead our catering operations for Lodestone House on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

As Chef Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and service operations, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional food and outstanding customer service. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team while maintaining the highest standards across food quality, service delivery and operational performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver high-quality food to the highest standards

Lead and supervise culinary and catering teams

Manage the day-to-day catering operation, including stock, ordering and budgets

Monitor KPIs and financial performance with your line manager

Represent Lodestone House and maintain a positive brand image

Identify opportunities for new food concepts and sales growth

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Train, support and develop team members

Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance across the operation

About YouOur ideal Chef Manager will:

Be passionate about food and delivering exceptional service

Have at least two years’ catering experience

Have experience leading and managing teams

Hold NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2

Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Demonstrate strong financial and commercial awareness

Possess excellent communication and organisational skills

Be motivated, ambitious and keen to develop their career
