Location: Macclesfield
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with occasional weekend on-call)
Salary & Rewards
£55,000 – £63,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, previous registration history, and home size)
Additional earning potential:
* Up to £3,000 annual Ofsted performance bonus
* Up to £3,000 sign-on bonus within the first 6 months
* Total first-year earning potential: up to £66,000
* Ongoing earning potential: up to £63,000 per year

Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day running of the children’s home
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people
* Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies
* Oversee quality of care, performance, staffing, and service development
* Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers, and external professionals
* Drive continuous improvement and support the home towards Outstanding inspection outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s EBD residential care
* Previous leadership or management experience in a children’s home
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Willingness to work towards or hold Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
* Full UK driving licence
