A specialist SEN Primary school is seeking a compassionate and reliable Children's Support Worker to support pupils with SEN including complex needs This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting vulnerable children.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with severe and complex SEND, including autism and additional needs

Providing personal care (toileting, hygiene, changing) with dignity and sensitivity

Supporting emotional regulation, engagement, and daily routines

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff

Ensuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are always prioritised

Requirements:

Experience working with SEND, care, or vulnerable individuals (schools, care, or community settings)

Confidence and willingness to carry out personal care

Calm, empathetic, and dependable approach

Strong understanding of safeguarding
