Job Title: Civils Ganger
Location: Isle of Wight
Matchtech are looking to recruit experienced Civils Gangers to lead small operational teams delivering utility and drainage infrastructure works across the Isle of Wight.
Responsibilities:
Supervising operatives on site
Managing daily works and productivity
Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
Liaising with Project Managers and Supervisors
Completing site documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience leading civils gangs
Utilities, drainage or highways background
SSSTS beneficial
NRSWA qualification desirable
Full UK Driving Licence
