HGV Class 2 Driver – Skip & RoRo
Location: Widnes
Pay: £14.47 per hour
Overtime: £18.09 per hour after 40 hours
Hours: 45 guaranteed hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, starts between 06:00 and 08:00
Paid Breaks: Yes
Daval Associates Recruitment is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers / Category C Drivers for a full-time opportunity in Widnes, driving skip and RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) vehicles within the waste management industry.
NEW PASS HGV DRIVERS WELCOME! Newly qualified Class 2 drivers are encouraged to apply, provided they hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Duties include delivering, exchanging and collecting skips and RoRo containers, completing vehicle checks and following health and safety procedures.
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C driving licence.
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card – essential for all applicants.
* New pass drivers accepted.
* Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Pay & Benefits
* £14.47 per hour basic rate.
* £18.09 per hour overtime after 40 hours.
* 45 guaranteed hours per week.
* Paid breaks.
* Monday to Friday working.
* Start times between 06:00 and 08:00.
* PPE and uniform provided.
