Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Building Control duties across Class 2F project scope
* Support compliance with Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements
* Review plans, specifications, and technical submissions
* Conduct inspections and provide detailed reports
* Work closely with clients and project teams
Requirements:
* Class 2F Registration (essential)
* Proven experience in Building Control / RBI roles
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
What’s on Offer:
* £80–£90 per hour (DOE)
* Flexible contract duration
