You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, assisting experienced fee earners with a varied caseload of complex and sensitive clinical negligence matters, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work, with opportunities to liaise directly with clients, medical experts and counsel.
Key Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience working on clinical negligence claims.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
* Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently, use initiative and collaborate effectively within a team.
