CNC Miller Programmer – F1 Motorsport Composites

Mazco Recruitment is working with a leading Formula 1 composites manufacturer in Bognor Regis, supplying precision-machined components to some of the world's most prestigious motorsport teams.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer, Setter, Operator with strong 3 and 5-axis machining experience who is looking to work on complex, high-value components in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

The Role

* Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines

* Manufacturing precision composite tooling and motorsport components

* Working on Zimmermann and Hermle 3 & 5-axis machining centres

* Producing one-off and small batch, high-precision parts

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Maintaining exceptional quality standards and tight tolerances

* Supporting continuous improvement within the machine shop

Essential Skills

* CNC milling programming experience

* Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls

* Experience programming and machining on 3 and 5-axis CNC milling machines

* Experience with Zimmermann or Hermle machining centres

* Ability to work to extremely tight tolerances

* Motorsport, aerospace, composite tooling or precision engineering experience preferred

Desirable

* Experience using Hypermill or VISI CAM

* Offline programming experience

* Knowledge of composite tooling manufacture
