CNC Miller Setter Programmer - HAAS Machines

Elevata are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Setter Programmer on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company based in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist with strong HAAS milling experience who is confident setting, programming and operating CNC milling machines.

The Role

*

Programming, setting and operating HAAS CNC milling machines

*

Producing precision machined components to engineering drawings

*

Editing and optimising programs at the machine

*

Selecting tooling and setting offsets

*

Working to tight tolerances within a precision engineering environment

*

Carrying out self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Programmer

*

Strong experience with HAAS milling machines

*

Ability to write and edit programs

*

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

*

Experience working to tight tolerances

Salary & Hours

*

£20 per hour

*

Day shift

*

Overtime available
