The Role
We’re looking for an Offline CNC Programmer to support machine shop operations by delivering accurate, efficient CNC programs using offline CAM systems. You’ll work closely with production, tooling, and engineering teams to keep machines running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Offline programming and editing of CNC machine programs
• Supporting shop floor issues through program improvements
• Designing jigs and fixtures using CAD when required
• Liaising with production, tooling, and leadership teams
• Ensuring programs meet quality standards and H&S requirements
• Supporting production and other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with offline CAM programming
• CNC machining background
• CAD experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-focused, proactive, and safety-driven
• Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
